A-List Counseling is for those who need a reset—a streamlined way to restore emotional balance and regain momentum when life feels overwhelming. Life can become unmanageable and stressful. Issues left to fester can cause us to become a human mess. In our work together, you have a safe, confidential space to be heard, seen, understood, and valued—with insight provided into what is holding you back and/or harming your spirit. We then apply targeted strategies to elevate you into a healthier emotional state, rebuild stability, and help you move forward with confidence. The questionnaire is shorter and more basic than in the Transformation Package. There is no in-depth programming analysis; however, we will identify any visible disempowering behaviors and habits. The price includes entry into the service and three sessions: you complete the questionnaire that I review day(s) in advance, followed by a 90-minute first session and a 60-minute second and third session. Optional ongoing support is available.
